2. Refund Eligibility
Refund approval depends on the status of the requested service and expenses already incurred.
A full or partial refund may be considered under the following conditions:
- Payment made for a service that has not yet started
- Duplicate or accidental payment
- Service request canceled before official processing begins
- Unable to proceed due to internal service limitations
Refunds may not be granted in the following circumstances:
- Processing has already begun with government departments, embassies, or other authorities
- External fees such as embassy charges, courier costs, or verification fees have already been paid
- Delays caused by third-party institutions or government processing timelines
- Document rejection by authorities due to incomplete, inaccurate, or invalid submissions
- Change of mind after service initiation
- Completed or successfully delivered services
3. Non-Refundable Charges
The following charges are generally non-refundable once incurred:
- Government attestation fees
- Embassy and consulate charges
- MOFA or ministry fees
- Courier and delivery charges
- Translation or document preparation fees
- Verification and administrative service charges
These costs are often paid to external organizations and cannot be recovered by Index Attestation Services.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, clients must contact our team with:
- Full name
- Service reference or invoice number
- Contact details
- Reason for refund request
- Proof of payment, if required
Each request will be reviewed individually, and eligible refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.
5. Refund Timeline

6. Service Modifications
Clients may request changes to submitted service details before processing begins.
Any modification involving document type, destination country, or service urgency may result in revised pricing or updated processing timelines.
Once processing has started, modifications may not always be possible.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare situations involving technical issues, duplicate payments, or operational errors, Index Attestation Services will review the matter fairly and work toward an appropriate resolution.
Refund decisions in such cases will be made at the discretion of the company based on the available evidence and service status.
