3. Document Collection & Delivery

We may provide document collection and delivery services within the UAE and internationally through our staff or trusted courier partners.

  • Collection and delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on location and courier operations.
  • Delivery services are subject to availability in certain remote areas.
  • Clients are responsible for providing the correct pickup and delivery information.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier companies, customs clearance, public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Clients may also collect documents directly from our office upon completion.

 

4. Processing Time

Document attestation timelines depend on government departments, embassies, consulates, universities, and other external authorities.

Processing times may vary due to:

  • Public holidays
  • Embassy or MOFA delays
  • System failures
  • Verification requirements
  • Incomplete documentation

Any estimated completion date provided by us is only an approximate timeline and should not be considered a guaranteed delivery commitment.

 

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and genuine documents
  • Submit all required supporting documents
  • Ensure that documents are legally valid and authentic
  • Verify all spellings, names, passport details, and document information before submission

We reserve the right to reject any application containing false, misleading, damaged, or suspicious documents.

 

6. Rejected Documents

Certain documents may be rejected by government authorities, embassies, universities, or MOFA due to eligibility issues or verification failures.

In such cases:

  • Service charges and government fees already incurred are non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for losses arising from rejection by external authorities.
  • Additional charges may apply if reprocessing or resubmission is required.

7. Missing or Damaged Documents

We handle documents with maximum care and security. However:

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by government departments, embassies, courier companies, or third-party authorities during processing.
  • In the rare event that a document is lost directly due to our negligence, our liability will be limited only to the actual cost of obtaining a duplicate document.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including travel losses, visa rejection losses, employment delays, or missed opportunities.

8. Payments

All payments for services must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.

We accept payments through approved payment methods, including:

  • Bank Transfer
  • Online Payment
  • Credit/Debit Cards

Pricing may vary depending on:

  • Country of origin
  • Embassy requirements

  • Government fee changes

Any additional government charges or revised embassy fees will be communicated to the client before processing.

 

9. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order cancellations are subject to the stage of processing.

  • If the process has not yet started, eligible refunds may be issued after deducting administrative charges.
  • Once the attestation process has started, government fees, courier charges, and service costs already incurred are non-refundable.
  • No refund will be issued for completed services.

Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment method used.

All submitted documents and personal data are handled confidentially and used only for service-related purposes.
